At VINKA we produce specialty green coffee for roasters, importers and professionals who value origin, traceability and process as much as what ends up in the cup.

Our coffee grows in Masanamaca, in the southern Andes of Ecuador, on the edge of Podocarpus National Park — one of the most biodiverse territories in the country. We work with syntropic agriculture, integrating coffee into a living system where soil, regenerating forest and biodiversity are all part of how we produce.

Every harvest is the result of careful observation, documentation and learning. We record our processes, grow lot by lot, and look to build transparent, long-term relationships with the roasters who work with our coffee.
